The Milliscope HDV is a high-resolution videoscope engineered for precision inspections in restricted-access environments. Designed to connect seamlessly with the Milliscope HD base unit, it delivers crystal-clear imaging in probe diameters as small as 1.0 mm and shaft lengths up to 10 meters.

The Milliscope HDV is a purpose-built videoscope solution that provides remote visual inspection capability with unmatched clarity and control. At the heart of each probe is a miniature 160,000-pixel CMOS image sensor paired with Zibra Corp’s advanced optical system, enabling detailed imaging in spaces that are otherwise inaccessible. The system supports video output over HDMI and offers USB-based image and video capture, all without the need for external computers or software.
With available diameters starting at just 1.0 mm and custom shaft lengths up to 10 meters, the Milliscope HDV is ideal for inspecting surgical instruments, aerospace components, cleanroom systems, and internal channels within complex assemblies. Each probe is engineered to withstand industrial and field conditions, making it reliable for repeated use in demanding environments.
Users benefit from full control of illumination, exposure, and orientation through the integrated LED lighting, manual or automatic exposure settings, and 90-degree incremental image rotation. These features allow technicians to fine-tune the image during live inspections, improving visibility and reducing the time needed to evaluate components or systems.
As part of Zibra Corp’s modular inspection platform, the Milliscope HDV is compatible with the existing Milliscope HD base unit and can be quickly interchanged with other supported probes.
