The Zibra Corp HLS is a portable LED light source designed for mobility and precision illumination in inspection environments. Compact and weighing just 4.8 ounces with batteries installed, it provides powerful, brilliant white light that enhances visibility for small diameter borescopes, videoscopes, fiberscopes, and endoscopes. The integrated dimming system offers ten levels of light intensity adjustment, giving operators precise control over brightness for different surfaces, materials, and environments.
Engineered for ease of use, the HLS operates on quick-change rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, each providing approximately 45 minutes of peak run time. A rotating on/off control and easy-grip adjustment knob allow smooth operation, even when wearing gloves. The finned handle design helps keep the LED cool during extended use, while internal circuitry maintains consistent light output as the battery discharges.
